John Paul Udenenwu is a Houston-grown, but Austin based Entrepreneur. Currently he is the founder and CEO of JP's Pancake Company, a gourmet dessert shop. He graduated from Concordia University Texas with a degree in Communications and a centralization in PR, with a minor in Kinesiology. Several of his awards in college were runner up for Communicator of the year (2017) and runner up for Persuasion Contagion (a university-wide speech competition). Since then, with his business, he has gone on to be featured on publications like the Austin Monthly, Texas Tasty, The Austin Chronicle, KVUE, KXAN and much more. His most recent award was being featured as one of Forbes 1000, highlighting 1000 up and coming businesses to lookout for. All that said, he finds the most pride and joy in being a follower of Jesus Christ and that his name is written in the book of life.
